Celebrate Spring

Welcome back to my Spring Celebration week! Today, for my last post of the week, I thought I'd share a fun card I made using a Penny Black stamp.

The background was created by rubbing pigment inks over a piece of cardstock and then brushing metallic mica powders over the top.

Then the image was stamped with white pigment ink and embossed with white pigment powder.
